NomadsFi Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

NomadsFi offers a risk-free 14-day money-back guarantee on your first order. This guarantee begins on the date your equipment is delivered. You are welcome to try our device and internet service during this period. If you're not satisfied, we’ll refund the first month's subscription fee and any applicable one-time device rental fee.

🔄 Device purchase and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) customers are not required to return any equipment when canceling a subscription. Device return is only required for rented devices.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:
- You must request cancellation within 14 days of receiving the device.
- If you're renting a device, it must be shipped back within 14 days. The return date is determined by the carrier’s tracking history.

Device Return Requirements (Rental Only)

Applicable only to rented devices:
- Devices must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Do not apply adhesives, stickers, or any modifications to the device.

Restocking & Non-Return Fees (Rental Only)

If a rented device is returned damaged, incomplete, or not returned at all, restocking fees and non-return fees apply as follows:

Suspension Policy for Rental Devices

Rental subscribers may request a temporary service suspension at a fee of $15/month, with a maximum suspension period of 3 months.
- Suspension must be arranged in advance by contacting service@nomadsfi.com.
- During the suspension, your device will remain inactive, and data services will not be available.
- After 3 months, the subscription will automatically resume unless canceled.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

To initiate a return or subscription cancellation, contact our support team at service@nomadsfi.com or speak with a live agent through our Help Center. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label will be provided.

Do not return any item before receiving return instructions.
Note: Always retain your shipping receipt. NomadsFi is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

- Allow up to 3 business days for inspection once we receive the returned device.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Rental Customers:
- Devices remain the property of NomadsFi. You must return rented equipment to cancel your subscription.
- Cancellation is finalized only after we receive and inspect the returned device.

Device Purchase / BYOD Customers:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time without returning any device.
- If you purchased a device from NomadsFi, you are eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery under the same guidelines for a full refund.

Shipping Policy

- After the 14-day trial period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance for protection.

Managing Subscriptions

- Subscription renewals are automatic based on your selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time using links in your order confirmation emails.
