NomadsFi Return & Refund Policy
At NomadsFi, we want you to feel confident when trying our service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the eligibility, return conditions, rental device requirements, cancellation terms, and refund process for NomadsFi services and devices.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
NomadsFi offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time service orders. The 14-day period begins on the date your device is marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking record.
If you cancel within this 14-day period, you may be eligible for a refund as follows:
Rental Customers
If your first order includes a rented device, you may request cancellation within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the rented device must be returned in accordance with this policy.
Eligible rental customers may receive a refund of:
-
the first month’s subscription fee; and
-
any applicable one-time rental fee paid with the initial order.
Device Purchase Customers
If you purchased a device from NomadsFi, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the device purchase price, provided the device is returned in eligible condition and approved under this policy.
BYOD Customers
If you use your own compatible device, you may cancel within 14 days of activation and may be eligible for a refund of the first month’s subscription fee.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:
-
You must contact NomadsFi within 14 days of delivery to request a return or cancellation.
-
If a device must be returned, the return shipment must be handed over to the carrier within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise approved by NomadsFi in writing.

Returned items must include all original accessories, cables, adapters, manuals, and packaging, if applicable.

Returned items must not be intentionally damaged, modified, marked, stickered, or altered beyond normal inspection and ordinary use during the return period.
3. Rental Device Return Requirements
All rental devices remain the property of NomadsFi at all times.
If you rent a device from NomadsFi and cancel service, you must return the rental device unless NomadsFi confirms otherwise in writing.
Returned rental devices must be:
-
in original condition, reasonable wear from normal use excepted;
-
returned with all included accessories;
-
free from unauthorized modifications, adhesives, labels, or stickers; and
-
securely packaged for return shipment.
If a rental device is not returned, or is returned damaged, incomplete, or altered beyond normal wear, additional charges may apply.
- Normads 4G Hotspot: $99.00
- Normads 5G Hotspot: $290.00
- Normads LTE Router: $250.00
- Normads 5G Router: $400.00
4. Monthly Rental Cancellation After Renewal
If a rental customer is charged for a new monthly billing cycle and then requests cancellation:
-
the monthly service fee may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused days;
-
the monthly device rental fee may also be refunded on a prorated basis for unused days, subject to a minimum 7-day rental charge for the new billing cycle;
-
a $25 restocking / return handling fee will apply;
-
return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by NomadsFi; and
-
cancellation is completed only after the rental device has been returned and successfully inspected by NomadsFi.
Additional charges may apply for:
-
missing accessories,
-
physical damage,
-
excessive wear, or
-
non-returned equipment.
5. Device Purchase Returns
If you purchased a device from NomadsFi, you may return it within 14 days of delivery if:
-
the device is in good condition;
-
all included accessories are returned; and
-
the return is approved by NomadsFi under this policy.
NomadsFi reserves the right to deny a refund or apply deductions if a returned purchased device is damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing components.
6. Return Shipping
Do not return any item without first obtaining return instructions from NomadsFi.
If your return is approved, NomadsFi may provide an RMA number and, in certain cases, a return shipping label.
Unless otherwise stated by NomadsFi in writing:
-
customers are responsible for return shipping costs;
-
original shipping charges are non-refundable; and
-
NomadsFi is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
7. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received, NomadsFi will inspect it to determine refund eligibility.

Inspection is typically completed within 3 business days after receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 30 days to appear.
NomadsFi may deduct any applicable:
-
restocking or return handling fees;
-
damage charges;
-
missing item charges; or
-
unpaid service charges owed under your order.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Rental Customers
Rental subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, cancellation is not considered complete until:
-
NomadsFi confirms the cancellation request; and
-
any required rental device has been returned and inspected.
Rental devices remain the property of NomadsFi until received and verified by NomadsFi.
Device Purchase / BYOD Customers
If you purchased your device or use your own compatible device, you may cancel subscription service without returning equipment you own.
If cancellation occurs after the 14-day money-back period, charges already billed or accrued are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by NomadsFi.
9. Suspension Policy for Rental Devices
Rental subscribers may request a temporary suspension of service for $15 per month, for up to 3 months maximum.

During the suspension period, service and data access will be inactive

After 3 months, service will automatically resume unless canceled or otherwise approved by NomadsFi

11. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on the NomadsFi website at the time of your request will apply, unless otherwise required by law.
