Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW At NomadsFi, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices to ensure you are fully informed before making a purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will follow when your order is shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details for such offers will be provided on our website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping options are not available at this time.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

DELIVERY ISSUES If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the issue persists, contact our support team at service@nomadsfi.com for further assistance.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging and contact us immediately at service@nomadsfi.com.
  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If additional help is required, reach out to our support team for assistance.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. NomadsFi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING During peak seasons, such as holidays, shipping times may vary. We recommend placing your order early to avoid potential delays.
